Techrail manufactures all sorts of metalwork, from cut and formed components to welded frames, cabinets, housings, guards, doors, panels and powder-coated finished assemblies. Work can move through sheet metal work, laser cutting, CNC punching, metal saw cutting, CNC milling, press brake forming, fabrication and welding, and powder coating at Techrail’s 20,000 sq ft site in Chard, Somerset.
We review the finished product or assembly, not only an individual bracket or sheet metal operation. Drawings, materials, interfaces, finish, quantity, delivery dates and repeat ordering requirements are considered together before a production route is agreed.
Where required, Techrail can assemble suitable retail and shopfitting products at our Chard facility before dispatch. We provide manufacturing and in-house assembly as a supply-only service and do not carry out fitting or installation at customer or retail sites.
Yes. Techrail is set up to discuss repeat batches, scheduled requirements and rollout work. Drawings, finish requirements, quantities and delivery priorities are reviewed before a production approach is agreed.
