What should we include in a production review request?
Share the current drawing or part information, material, finish, quantities, delivery requirement and ordering pattern. This lets our team assess the full manufacturing route rather than quoting an isolated process.
Can Techrail support repeat orders, call-offs and rollouts?
Yes. We review recurring batch quantities, forecast demand and release schedules for repeat orders, call-off production and phased rollout programmes.
Can several manufacturing processes stay with one supplier?
Where suitable, work can move through Techrail’s in-house laser cutting, CNC punching, press brake forming, fabrication and welding, CNC milling and powder coating operations at our Chard facility.
How do we share drawings or CAD files?
Use the Upload Drawing or File field to attach a PDF, CAD file, ZIP archive or image of up to 10 MB.
Can you review an urgent supplier or capacity problem?
Yes. Tell us what is at risk, the current status, quantities and the genuine delivery date. We will review the specification and live capacity before confirming whether a practical route is available.
What size items can be powder coated?
Our in-house powder coating plant handles items up to 3000 x 1500 x 850mm. Include overall dimensions, finish requirements and quantities so suitability can be reviewed.
