What is the maximum size Techrail can powder coat?

Can you powder coat repeat production batches?
Yes. The service is suited to business customers that need a repeatable appearance and protective finish across batches, replenishment orders or phased rollouts.
What colour and finish information should procurement provide?
Include the required colour reference, finish, quantity, part dimensions, masking instructions and delivery date. We will confirm availability and any specification points before production.
Can fabrication and powder coating stay with Techrail?
Yes. Parts manufactured through our in-house cutting, forming, fabrication and welding processes can move into powder coating at the same Chard facility, helping reduce transport, administration and supplier handoffs.
Can previously coated parts be re-coated?
Re-coating is available only after the metal has been taken back to bare metal. Provide details of the existing coating and component so we can review the requirement.
