Work can move through sheet metal work, laser cutting, CNC punching, metal saw cutting, CNC milling, press brake forming, fabrication and welding, and powder coating at Techrail’s 20,000 sq ft site in Chard, Somerset.
We review the finished product or assembly, not only an individual bracket or sheet metal operation. Drawings, materials, interfaces, finish, quantity, delivery dates and repeat ordering requirements are considered together before a production route is agreed.
From a restaurant refurbishment to repeated fixtures for hotel sites or catering facilities, we consider the complete requirement. Materials, cleaning requirements, interfaces, finish, quantities and delivery priorities should be defined in the project brief, with any application-specific requirements agreed before manufacture.
Techrail manufactures and can assemble suitable products in-house at our Chard facility before dispatch. We supply completed metalwork for installation by your appointed team and do not provide off-site fitting or installation.
